Club Waiter/Waitress - Soho House Istanbul

We are looking for a "Waiter with the qualifications below:
Qualifications:
* Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary
* Knowledge of POS device
* Service knowledge
* Spoken and written fluency in English
Job Description:

* Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any
* Suggest food and beverages to the guests and also try to up-sell
* Take food and beverage orders from the guests on the order taking pads
* Making sure that the order is correct by repeating them to the guests
* Entering the food and beverage in our Micros System
* Mise-en-Place / adhering to the duties check-lists
* Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor/manager
* Filling in for absent staff as needed
* Communicate to the guests and provide assistance with their queries
* Coordinate with different departments (i.e. bar/kitchen etc.) to ensure smooth operation and guests satisfaction
* Promptly respond to the guests with any additional requests
* Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
* Is aware of allergy procedure
* Is familiar with all tasting-notes from all menu items (food and beverage)
* Help other areas of the restaurant when needed
* Is familiar with the waiter-cashing out procedure
* Making sure that a proper handover has been done before leaving the shift
