Job Description:
* Manage, analyze, resolve, and close IT tickets related to printers, handheld terminals, and printing services in accordance with defined SLA targets.
* Perform incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis, solution implementation, and continuous improvement recommendations.
* Provide IMAC services for printing devices, including ordering, receiving, installation, delivery, repair, disposal, and inventory management.
* Respond promptly and effectively to service issues and user requests, ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction.
* Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of printer hardware and related software.
* Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records, including recharging activities, using relevant ITSM and asset management tools.
* Participate in new IT roll-out and printing infrastructure upgrade projects.
* Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
* Coordinate and communicate with external service providers and vendors as required.
* Contribute to service improvement initiatives to enhance printing performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
* University degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in printing or device support services.
* Intermediate knowledge of printing technologies and printer management.
* Basic knowledge of computer and network security concepts.
* Experience with IMAC services and IT asset management processes.
* Familiarity with ITSM tools and SLA-driven support environments.
* Ability to work with external service providers and vendors.
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Proficiency in Turkish; basic working knowledge of English is an advantage
