We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in İzmir.
Your 'day to day'
* Analyze quality data and transform insights into actions that support Quality KPIs.
* Ensure adherence to QMS and support related procedures and training.
* Prepare reports, escalate deviations, and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
* Collaborate across teams to share best practices and optimize processes.
* Perform ad-hoc analyses and identify improvement opportunities.
* Maintain and update reporting systems for accuracy and reliability.
* Validate business assumptions using advanced statistical tools (SQL, Power BI, etc.).
* Develop corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Challenge existing processes to propose productivity enhancements.
* Apply OPEN+ standards consistently (knowledge of Q and I&IM Pillar is an asset).

You:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
* 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Quality Assurance is a plus.
* Experience in supplier quality improvement and management.
* Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 19011:2018).
* Expertise in quality tools, OPEN+ standards, and root cause analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to identify patterns and trends for process improvement and decision-making.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, PLM; familiarity with advanced data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, etc.).
* Strong communication, planning, and critical thinking skills; ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
