About the job

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Budget & Operational Performance Manager who will manage Logistics Operational Budget and end-to-end Operational Performance within country basis (Turkey) for Water category. This role focuses on conducting detailed budget planning for all warehouse & transportation operations in line with financial guidance and tracking full cycle operational performance KPIs (including industrial, planning, customer service, logistics) with function leaders. This role will act as the main contact for the Budget Planning processes to ensure execution meets on time & in-full. The role has a dual function covering end-to-end operational performance by collaborating with functional leaders to focus on productivity opportunities. To achieve this, it is expected from the role to actively take part in KPI governance and lead the Performance Calendar both with functional leaders and regional teams. It is expected from this role to set KPI targets, train and guide the teams with global, internal and external best practices. This role is reporting to Senior Logistics Budget & Performance Manager.

In this role you will;

* Responsible for controlling & managing logistics operational budget at very detailed level
* Responsible for ensuring that the budget is delivered in a timely manner and controlled throughout the financial cycle
* Responsible for controlling & managing operational KPIs (industrial, logistics, customer service, inventory etc.) at very detailed level
* Monitor productivity projects and contribute to the creation of new improvement initiatives
* Responsible for ensuring that the targeted operational KPIs are delivered in a timely manner
* Track the logistics KPIs and create collaborative environment with other departments to reach the targets
* Search and execute analytical tools, systems to optimize industrial and logistics process and costs
* Create SOPs (standard operation procedures) and implement automation, digitalization and new technologies where required
* Track the operational performance and guide and push the related teams for higher performance Work closely with IT and OT to create and install operational software solutions
