Solid Tumors Business Unit Manager

As Solid Tumors Business Unit Manager, you will lead and develop high-performing commercial sales and marketing teams to deliver GSK's Ahead Together objectives with focus, pace, and ambition. You need to ensure you have the right talents & capabilities to deliver our bold ambition and drive excellent commercial execution. You will be held accountable for influencing key internal and external stakeholders with a solid understanding of nuances in the local healthcare and regulatory environment. You need to ensure teams operate in line with GSK code and embed disciplined compliance to company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards. As an enterprise leader, you will be a role model living the GSK culture and enabling an environment for outstanding people to thrive in GSK. This position will report to Oncology Business Unit Director.

Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

* Create and execute long-term strategy for in-country units to achieve expected growth.
* Develop and achieve forecast goals and profit targets & effectively manage franchise P&L
Profit and Loss.
* Provide in-country support for new asset launches (including market shaping, marketing mix, and channel strategy) and ensure a successful launch.
* Manage external stakeholders (EEs, policymakers, payers, providers) & effectively communicate customer value propositions.
* Attract, retain & develop diverse talents, and build organisational capability for the future.
* Role model the GSK culture: Ambitious for Patients, Accountability for Impact and Doing the Right Things
* Ensure teams operate in alignment with the Code and are compliant with company and local policies & ethical standards.
* Builds and maintains relationships and partnerships with public health customers, policy and patient groups, relevant government bodies, health communities & industry associations.
* Build strong cross-business unit/functional relationships to maximise synergies and make sure that GSK has unified, coherent, and trusted external representation.

Why You?
Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

* Bachelors degree in engineering, business administration, economics, etc
* Significant sales / marketing experience in oncology & solid tumors for min 7-8 years
* Leadership experience either as Marketing Manager or BUM in the last 4-5 years
* Previous product launch management experience in oncology
* Experience working in a large pharmaceutical multinational with excellent communication & collaboration skills
* Strong performance mindset and track record to work through difficulties and deliver results

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Proven success in product launches and lifecycle management.
- Experience working with market access, reimbursement and payer stakeholders.
- Strong digital channel and multichannel engagement experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional and regional/global teams.
- Comfort with business systems such as CRM and analytics platforms.

Working Model
This role is hybrid with an expectation to work on-site in Türkiye for core business activities, team meetings and stakeholder engagement.
