Account Manager - HPE

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for our products and solutions.

What you'll do:
* Partner Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as their primary technical liaison for HPE services and solutions.
* Solution Development: Collaborate with partners to understand their technical requirements, offering tailored HPE-based solutions and strategies.
* Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of HPE services.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address technical issues, working closely with internal teams and partners to deliver timely and effective solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of HPE updates and industry trends, offering insights and recommendations to enhance partners' HPE environments.
* Works on key accounts of high complexity under some supervision (tiered levels based on complexity and partner size)
* Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed plan
* Drive sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification and on-boarding and other business development initiatives in order to optimise results
* Drives sales of specific vendors/ projects when specific knowledge is required on an account
* Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share
* Successful negotiation and winning of key tenders and large deals
* Positive relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the "Trusted Advisor"
* Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability
* Works in collaboration with partners and vendor
What we're kindly looking for:
* Partner-Centric Approach: Demonstrated experience in partner-facing roles, adept at building and nurturing partner relationships.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Advanced virtualization knowledge and/or enterprise application expertise
* Articulate the HPE value proposition, features, product messages and positioning.
* Ability to tell a compelling story using a whiteboard, presentation and other media
* Partner with Technical counterparts in developing account plans, customer persona coverage models and proposal creation to recommend and design solutions based on HPE offerings
* Technically oriented with understanding of virtualization technologies
* Business level English
* Strategic thinking
