Tail Spend Specialist with knowledge of German

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)

You are:

* Experienced in Procurement or Supply Chain (min. 2 years), especially in tenders, negotiations, and eAuctions

* Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP systems

* A great communicator and a team player

* Customer-first mindset with strong analytical skills

* Confident in English and German (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)

With you we will:

* Coordinate and execute competitive bidding processes within defined scope

* Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and supplier evaluations

* Analyze and benchmark supplier quotations, support negotiations

* Prepare reports and provide recommendations on supplier selection

* Upload savings reports into OSCAR system and ensure approvals

* Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with Nestlé policies

* Act as SPOC for defined Market/Category scope
