As an AI Product Owner, you will drive the discovery and delivery of AI-powered solutions across our core business processes. This role focuses on business value realization: optimizing processes, reducing manual work, improving decision-making using AI.

Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze business processes and identify areas where AI can deliver measurable impact (time/cost savings, error reduction, quality improvement).
* Collect and formalize requirements for AI solutions together with business stakeholders and tech teams.
* Design solution architecture and integration patterns.
* Prepare cost/benefit and ROI analysis: development, infrastructure, licenses, LLM tokens, and ongoing maintenance.
* Communicate with stakeholders: present concepts, PoC/MVP results, and regular status updates.
* Coordinate with security and other relevant teams to ensure compliant use of AI solutions.
* Manage AI development efforts: coordinate and prioritise work for AI/ML/LLM engineers, provide clear goals and acceptance criteria, review deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI features.

Key Requirements:
* 3+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager / Solution Owner / Tech Lead or similar;
* Hands-on experience delivering AI or LLM-based projects;
* Experience with cloud platforms and APIs;
* Proven experience coordinating or managing technical teams;
* Strong in requirements gathering and translating business needs into tech tasks;
* Ability to clearly explain AI risks and limitations to non-technical stakeholders;
* English: strong B2+.
