[Internship] Transportation Management Control Support

Job Description

* Update and maintain data on the NGTM system to support implementation and daily operations
* Monitor daily NGTM transactions and data flows to ensure smooth operations
* Validate data completeness and accuracy across all systems
* Maintain trackers and identify irregularities in data and processes
* Follow up on open issues and escalate as needed
* Support TMC team and end-users with system and process-related questions
* Document recurring issues and their solutions for process improvement
* Assist with shipment monitoring and booking follow-up activities
* Support exception tracking and reporting activities
* Prepare required documentation and support other daily operational tasks as assigned

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

* Education: Pursueing bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
* Dynamic experience in school or social activities is preferred
* Languages: English (mandatory)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and structured reporting
* Experience with Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, or Python is advantageous
* Basic understanding of transportation, supply chain, shipment processes, logistics documentation, or operational workflows is preferred
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Proactive and independent work style
* Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning
* Can-do attitude with a drive for professional development
