Job Description:

* Gain comprehensive insights into 3-4 supply departments and processes of our company over two years
* The starting department would be Supply Chain Relations & Services
* The others can be defined together with you and include: Fashion Buying, Partner Business & Services, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management & Supply Data Solutions and Business Planning & Steering
* Develop a deep understanding of our supply-side business by working across multiple functions, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities
* Own and drive projects from planning to execution, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering impactful business outcomes
* Contribute to strategic initiatives that optimize our campaigns, partner ecosystem, and product offering across international markets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key partners to improve processes, support international expansion, and build a strong professional network

Qualifications:

* Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Logistics, or a comparable field of study
* Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and creative thinking
* Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
* High motivation and initiative to drive topics forward
* Quick comprehension and structured way of working
* Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and large data sets
* Initial practical experience in the tech, retail, and/or e-commerce environment is a plus
