What you´ll build

* As a product associate you will assist in creating a bill of materials (BOM) and streamline communication for our stakeholders by analyzing knowledge gaps and providing the right content in the right format

* You will drive product roll-out activities mainly for SAP Cloud ERP and you will help coordinate customer-facing and partner-facing webinars such as the product expert training, early release series and In-Depth series

* You will engage with customers via the SAP Community and central events like customer councils and contribute to the development and adoption of the product success organization

* You will assist in implementing KPIs to measure the impact and outcome of the programs and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) to support the roll-in and roll-out for innovations

What you bring

* 1-2 years of experience, preferably in product management, project management or communications

* Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP products and technology

* Some experience in delivering larger projects or other customer-facing programs

* Good communication and stakeholder management skills

* Fluent in English; knowledge of German and other languages is a plus

* University degree, preferably in Business Information Technologies or equivalent training and job experience

* Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to team success while maintaining high quality and result-orientation

* Comming to the Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot office is required three times per week
