你将被期望：
了解供应链运营中的不同职能和角色
了解供应链如何在将我们的产品推向市场和消费者方面发挥作用
协助日常生产活动，并实现生产目标
加强对制造过程的理解，包括过程稳定性研究、过程改进、试验和过程验证
推动改进及流程优化，包括产量、周期时间和生产力提高项目
研究一系列不同的产品和技术，包括批量生产、制粒、压片、包装等
协助工厂自动化和数字化项目的实施
进行良好的跨部门沟通及团队协作
建立良好的安全、质量和合规性方面的知识储备，打下坚实基础
你需要：
相关资质

优秀的英语口语及书写能力
较强的学习和分析能力，及出色的演讲能力
