Brief Introduction of Aptiv Connection Systems Tomorrow Program:
This is a three-year Management Trainee program aiming to prepare the path for young talents towards future leading roles within Aptiv Connection Systems. Our long-term goal is to build management pipeline for future Connection Systems Business, as a key element of our competitive foundation for great talents. In this program, you will have the opportunity to rotate among different functions, collaborate with various teams, and be involved in customized development programs. High exposure to top management team, fast tacking compensation schemes, and a designated mentor and HR coach will ensure you have continuous support and help to realize your potential and advance your career.

　　

Who We Are Looking For
1. Bachelor degree or above in leading universities, fresh graduates or less than 1 year experience
2. Fluent in both Mandarin and English
3. Passionate, determination, ambitious and self-driven
4. Excellent logic thinking, strong communication and interpersonal Skills
