WSP in the Middle East is looking for a Graduate Project Administrator to support project management in the planning, coordination, and execution of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, looking to start a career in project support and operations.

Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and schedules
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
* Track project progress and update internal systems accordingly.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
* Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications, and deliverables.
* Support procurement and logistics activities related to project needs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide general administrative support to the project team.

Qualifications

* UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Internship or prior experience in an administrative or project support role, especially within the construction, engineering, or consulting industry, is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
