Job Description Summary
As an ECT Trainee at GE Aerospace, you will be assigned to support projects across the different functions on a rotational basis. As the traineeship progresses, you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program, to be chosen based on business priorities at the time.

Essential Responsibilities:
. Your main responsibilities will be as per the below:
* Generate actionable insights by creating and managing digital dashboards in Spotfire, Salesforce or equivalent environments. Linking data from various available business data bases.
* Support regional Customer support team with opportunities of process improvements including processes SOP updates.
* Support regional customer support team on customer fleet management actions including reliability and fleet stability.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferably in Engineering
* Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry
Desired Characteristics:
* Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and enquire.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications, data integration, and dashboard tools
* Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work across culture, diversity and manage conflict effectively.
