The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years.
During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.
In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas:
Banking Skills
Personal Growth

Professional Development
In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 Global events where all trainees of come together in to learn, network and develop themselves.

Your key responsibilities:
The banking industry is evolving and there has never been a more interesting time to be part of it. At ING, the projects we develop impact millions of clients worldwide and enable the digital transformation of ING.
As an ITP in the IT track you will collaborate in the design, development and test of the code that will shape the different components of the application, ensuring that they meet the requirements of functionality, quality and performance.
To deliver in Production a working software by giving the best use to technology and development practices. It includes the documentation and parameters that can help reaching that goal. To support Production by analysis and fixing any bugs that occurs. Contribute to improve the technical discipline by collaborating with the cross technical chapter.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, Informatics, Software Engineering or Mathematics (with clear programming affinity)
You have a Master degree.
You are passionate about technology
You are enthusiastic and consider the interests of our customers and your colleagues.
You have an innovative take on banking and an unconditional drive to turn your ideas into reality.
You are interested to learn more about banking/finance.
You act with integrity and responsibility.
You have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience,
Extra-curricular activities (such as board or committee experience, volunteer work, internships) to prove your leadership development and affinity with the track you applied for.

El ING International Talent Programme es un programa de desarrollo de dos años diseñado para personas graduadas internacionales con talento, con el objetivo de que puedan experimentar tantos roles, ubicaciones, habilidades y retos como sea posible en 2 años intensivos.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

El sector bancario está evolucionando y nunca ha habido un momento más interesante para formar parte de él. En ING, los proyectos que desarrollamos impactan a millones de clientes en todo el mundo y permiten la transformación digital de ING.
Como ITP en el IT track colaborarás en el diseño, desarrollo y testeo del código que dará forma a los distintos componentes de la aplicación, asegurando que cumplen los requisitos de funcionalidad, calidad y rendimiento.
Entregar en Production un software funcional haciendo el mejor uso de la tecnología y de las prácticas de desarrollo. Esto incluye la documentación y los parámetros que ayudan a alcanzar ese objetivo. Dar soporte a Production mediante el análisis y la corrección de cualquier bug que se produzca. Contribuir a la mejora de la disciplina técnica colaborando con el capítulo técnico transversal.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
Grado universitario preferiblemente en informática, ciencias de la computación, ingeniería del software o matemáticas (con clara afinidad por la programación)
Tienes un título de máster.
Te apasiona la tecnología.
Eres una persona entusiasta y tienes en cuenta los intereses de nuestra clientela y de tus compañeras y compañeros.
Tienes una visión innovadora de la banca y una motivación incondicional para convertir tus ideas en realidad.
Te interesa aprender más sobre banca/finanzas.
Actúas con integridad y responsabilidad.
Tienes un máximo de 2 años de experiencia profesional.
Actividades extraacadémicas (como experiencia en juntas o comités, voluntariado, prácticas) que demuestren tu desarrollo de liderazgo y afinidad con el track al que te has postulado.
