Within the Media Research Image department, LVMH is seeking a Data for Insight & Measurement Analyst to accelerate the delivery of actionable insights to LVMH Maisons by creating a cross-functional platform combining Paid and Earned media data as well as Customer studies. This will enable us to further deploy advanced measurement systems. The person in this position will play a key role in building this platform, as well as in deploying the associated analyses and measurement solutions.
Under the supervision of the Data for Insights & Measurement Senior Manager, this person will coordinate the implementation of the database whilst helping in the development of new Paid digital competitive benchmark solutions. This person will also take part in the implementation of the MMM engine developed in collaboration with the Media, Digital and IT/Tech teams.
More specifically, she.he will take part in :
The development of the Marketing Intelligence & Consumer Insight Platform :
* Drive and ensure the governance of the new internal data platform for the Research department
* Supervise the collection, structuring, and quality of data for each area of expertise (e.g., Paid/Earned Media, Brand Equity, etc.)
* Contribute to the creation of dashboards and reports for each area of expertise
* Support expert teams in their competitive benchmark analyses
* Implement cross-functional analyses between different areas of expertise
* Identify optimization opportunities based on insights generated from data
* Collaborate with the IT department, service providers, and expert teams to ensure the platform is scalable and sustainable.
The development of the Measurement Framework :
* Collaborate with the Media Data & Performance team on measurement studies (e.g., Brand Lift, Geo Lift, Search Lift, etc.) for all LVMH sectors
* Implement and manage the Global Learning Agenda with each digital platform at group level
* Support the execution of ad hoc media studies, both online and offline, in terms of methodology and analysis
* Contribute to the establishment of competitive digital media monitoring
* Identify additional optimization opportunities for measurement (e.g., OOH, creativity, influencing, etc.).
Graduate from a business school or equivalent Have had a first successful experience within a research or marketing department as research executive or business analyst. Fluent in English with good written and oral skills Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large set of data Demonstrating advanced Excel skills and Power BI / Tableau
