In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Associates to join the Strategy team.

* Exposure to some of the most challenging issues today, the ones keeping the top management teams up at night
* Continuous training and career development, whilst learning from a wide range of top professionals

What you bring matters

* Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign university (Bachelor's or/and Master's degree)
* Ability to structure and solve complex problems with analytical thinking
* Personal drive and motivation to make an impact
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization, along with capability to drive an independent piece of work in the context of a wider team
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English
* Curiosity, creativity, eagerness to learn and passion for new challenges
* Confidence, positive attitude and commitment in providing excellent quality work
