Job Summary
Dentsu is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Trainees - Online Reputation Management (ORM) to join our team in Worli, Mumbai.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in social media monitoring, data analysis, and consumer insights. The selected candidates will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of online conversations and sentiment to help clients manage and strengthen their brand reputation.

Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Location: Mumbai (Worli)
Working Mode: 5 Days Working from Office (On-site)
CTC Offered: 2.40 LPA

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor online conversations across social media platforms, forums, blogs, and review sites
* Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of digital data and consumer conversations
* Integrate disparate datasets and prepare data for analysis
* Apply analytical methods to identify trends, sentiment, and actionable insights
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint with clear insights and visual summaries
* Review and interpret Punjabi-language conversations accurately using Punjabi and Gurmukhi script
* Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients
* Ensure deliverables are completed as per project timelines and milestones
* Stay updated on new trends in data analytics, social listening, and ORM

Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Graduate in any discipline (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, etc.)
* Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
* Proficiency in Punjabi and the ability to read and write Gurmukhi script
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Interest in social media, digital marketing, and brand reputation management
* Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful patterns
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Punjabi
