Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee Program (GMT)
is a program to enhance your skills and knowledge in the manufacturing sector on becoming leaders of tomorrow.
Over 12 months, you'll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment with our leaders.

During the program, you'll get:

We are looking for you!
* Minimum bachelor's degree from university, with minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00.
* Will be graduating max. in August 2026. Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering background are advantageous
* Max. working experience: 2 years after graduation
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Ability and willingness to relocate (if required)
* Have strong leadership capabilities
Program starts: 1 September 2026
