What You'll Bring

* (Soon to be) completed master's degree in engineering or similar technical field.
* Multilingual - fluent in English and at least one other language, with international experience from work or studies abroad.

* A flexible team player, curious, dedicated, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.

​The application deadline for the next Assessment Center beginning of May 2026. This will take place in Liechtenstein at Hilti Headquarter May 26th and 27th, 2026.
