The Amazon EMEA Student Programs Team is looking for ambitious graduates to join us at the heart of our core Consumer business. As a Program Manager Graduate you will join one of our business intelligence, retail, or seller services teams. The role provides an opportunity to understand Amazon business and processes, enhance analytical skills, and make significant business impact.

Key job responsibilities
*Facilitating relationships with third party partners and internal customers
*Identifying operational gaps in new offerings and proposing operational requirements for new projects
*Resolving customer impacting issues with technology teams
*Interfacing with business and technical customers, gathering requirements and producing data-driven analysis; partnering with internal teams to support new products or functionality post launch
*Developing metrics for assessing performance and trends
*Conducting dive deeps in all areas of your product responsibilities
*Demonstrating significant annual efficiency improvements

Profil requis du candidat:

*In final year of study for Bachelor's or Master's degree, or graduated in the last 12 months
*Studies within Engineering, Commerce, Business administration or similar field
* Fluent written and verbal communication in English
* Knowledge in MS Office programs as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
* Analytical skills
* Planning, prioritization and time-management skills
* Ability to communicate efficiently
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, consulting, negotiation or supply chain is a plus
* Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML is a plus
* Proficient written and verbal communication in a second European language
