🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Developer to join our team through our ServiceNow Academy Program.
This opportunity is designed for software developers with 1-2 years of programming experience who are eager to learn new technologies and build a career in the ServiceNow platform.
✨ No previous ServiceNow experience is required! We provide the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed to become a successful ServiceNow Developer.
As part of the Academy, you will:
* 📚 Complete structured learning paths.
* 👨🏫 Participate in instructor-led training sessions.
* 💻 Work on hands-on labs and real-world exercises.
* 🤝 Receive mentorship from experienced ServiceNow professionals.

🛠️ Responsibilities
✅ Participate in the ServiceNow Academy and successfully complete the assigned training program.
✅ Learn ServiceNow development, configuration, and platform best practices.
✅ Attend instructor-led sessions and complete hands-on labs and technical exercises.
✅ Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and technical leads.
✅ Develop and customize applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow technologies.
✅ Build workflows, automations, and platform customizations.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
✅ Follow development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
✅ Continuously expand your technical knowledge and professional skills.
🎯 Required Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
💼 1-2 years of experience in software development.
💻 Experience with at least one programming language:
* JavaScript (preferred)
* Java
* C#
* Python
* Or a similar object-oriented programming language
🧠 Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
🔍 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
🤝 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
📈 Passion for learning new technologies and growing professionally.
🌎 Intermediate English (written and verbal).
⭐ Nice to Have
➕ Experience with:
* JavaScript
* HTML
* CSS
🔗 Basic knowledge of REST APIs or Web Services.
⚙️ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
☁️ Exposure to cloud platforms or SaaS applications.
