Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career as a Business Analyst?

Join our Operations team and gain hands-on experience working on regulatory projects that shape how global financial markets operate. You'll work with experienced professionals across technology, compliance, and business teams, developing valuable skills in analysis, problem-solving, and project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Business Analyst, you'll support projects focused on improving how the business meets financial regulatory requirements.

You will:

* Help improve the accuracy and quality of regulatory transaction reports
* Work closely with teams across the business, including Technology, Compliance, and Operations
* Gather and document business requirements
* Support the delivery of change and process improvements
* Learn how large-scale regulatory projects are managed and delivered
* Contribute to risk management and good governance practices
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

You'll gain exposure to a wide range of business activities and develop a strong foundation for a career in financial services or consulting.

What we're looking for

We're looking for motivated, curious individuals who are eager to learn.

You'll ideally have:

* A degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Good organisation and time management skills
* An interest in financial markets and regulation

Previous internship or project experience is a plus, but not essential.
