Job Description:

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our supply chain engineering team as a Supply chain engineering graduate!
The Supply Chain Engineering department is responsible for designing and implementing efficient logistical processes to support new product introductions. It focuses on optimizing and automating existing operations while continuously developing and integrating innovative, scalable solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, systems, and digital tools to improve logistics performance and data visibility.
* Collecting and analysing operational data to support process optimization and informed decision-making.
* Support and contribute to logistics improvement projects aimed at maximizing operational quality and reliability across the supply chain.
* Assist in analysing existing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety throughout the end-to-end value stream.
* Help implement continuous improvement initiatives using industry best practices, lean methodologies, and process engineering techniques.

Qualifications:

Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.

Contract Duration: 2 years
Working Hours: 39 hours per week - standard working pattern of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
