We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Quality Intern, based in Woodmead, Johannesburg, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is designed for recent graduates and provides hands-on exposure to quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a regulated healthcare environment.

What You'll Work On

* Supporting the Quality Management System (QMS) and document control activities
* Maintaining controlled documents, records, and version control
* Assisting with nonconformances, deviations, and CAPA tracking
* Supporting internal and external audit preparation and follow-up
* Maintaining training records and compliance matrices
* Collecting and analysing quality data to support reporting and trend analysis
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional quality activities
* Providing general administrative and operational support to the QA team

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
* Recently completed degree or diploma in , Biotechnology, BSc, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field
* Less than 1 year of formal work experience
* Must not be currently employed (recent graduate)
* Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
