About this Position

What you´ll do

* Do pallet analysis, approve artworks and handle SAP transactions for packaging materials and zBOM maintenance
* Ensure data quality
* Solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment
* Execute tasks relating to administrative support
* Act as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone or email, initiate action and assess issue urgency
* Manage leadership's calendar and paperwork, ensure timelines and completeness
* Coordinate meetings and create agendas, records and meeting minutes

What makes you a good fit

* University student in engineering, packaging technology or business administration
* Fluent English language skills
* Strong Excel skills
* Knowledge of packaging master data creation and maintenance in SAP (TSP, UoM, zBOM) is a plus
* Basic experience with pallet schemes, stackability and UoM accuracy
* Process-oriented mindset, organization, attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work across teams
* Stakeholder management in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
* Availability as of July 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between EUR 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
