WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We're building an Institutional Partnerships team that scales how Trade Republic works with the firms that shape our strategy and distribution. We bring structure and clarity to deal pipelines, commercial priorities, and relationship execution, with a focus on measurable outcomes. Working across the organisation to convert opportunities into specialised partnerships that drive flows and access at scale. The team translates market dynamics into clear decisions. Your work will support our mission, be visible to senior stakeholders, and help shape our growth across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Own high-impact partnership projects end-to-end, from strategic sourcing and account plan to delivery.
* Work cross-functionally to evaluate and advance opportunities, grounded in target mapping and distribution-fit analysis.
* Deliver market and partner insights, and automate reporting and contract workflows to scale execution.
* Run a decision-grade CRM and pipeline that enables prioritisation, forecasting, and measurable execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic record
* Initial experience in consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or business development (internships included)
* Structured thinker with strong judgment and crisp communication
* Strong Excel skills and comfort with data. Basic SQL is a plus
* Fluent in English
* Availability for at least three months
