Internship in Supply Chain Management from June 2024

In Supply Chain Management at the Sindelfingen site, we are responsible for synchronizing requirements and capacities between the Mercedes-Benz Cars production sites, suppliers and the sales organization. Our interdisciplinary teams operate in a global and dynamic market environment and offer the opportunity to develop personal and professional skills. In particular, intercultural interaction with our foreign plants provides a working environment in which openness, partnership and commitment are encouraged.

We also analyze and optimize operational work processes. This also includes the further development of process and method design.

We are looking for several interns for our department to start in June 2024.

The following tasks await you as part of the internship
* Collaboration in the reactive and preventive securing of demand and capacity in passenger car production
* Participation in the further development of processes and methods in the area of demand and capacity planning
* Collaboration in the support and further development of SharePoint tools and SAP for workflow control

Qualifikationen

* Degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable course of study
* Confident handling of MS Office
* VBA programming and SharePoint skills are desirable
* Very good written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
* Confident knowledge of written and spoken English
* Ability to work in a team
* Analytical way of thinking
* Strategic way of working and communication skills
* Understanding of complex processes is an advantage
* Driving license class B is desirable
