STUDENT TRAINEE in the area of Data Center Operation Management (M/F/X) AXA Group Operations Germany GmbH provides state-of-the-art IT systems for the AXA Group - one of the largest insurers and asset managers worldwide. Within the international network of high-performance AXA data centers, our company has a solid presence in Cologne. What to expect from us: As a student trainee, you will support the Global DC Operations Manager within his area of responsibility to ensure the quality, performance, and security of service delivery in all data centers and manage the global and local budget. Independent assumption of tasks in the Data Center Management environment Conducting data and deviation analyses for quality assurance Supporting reporting for audit purposes Participation in project meetings, documentation and tracking of results Creating and analyzing dashboards and reports Workflow analyses and design Coordination with the global AXA Group Data Center product teams and with clients AXA generally offers the possibility of working remotely. However, the advertised tasks also regularly require presence at the AXA location in Cologne. How to convince us: Studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related fields Successful completion of the preliminary diploma or an equivalent advanced bachelor's or master's program Very good analytical skills Basic knowledge in the areas of data analysis and visual presentation Experience with PowerBI, Service Now, and Sunbird dcTrack High degree of initiative, communication skills, and organizational talent Flexibility and team spirit Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken Careful working style and proactive, interconnected thinking, commitment, teamwork, reliability, trustworthiness, as well as the ability to act across departments, countries and cultures Further information: Applications from people with disabilities are welcome.
