As part of our Strategic Program Management Team, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and transformation. You will support company-wide initiatives that define how thyssenkrupp nucera grows, innovates, and scales across global markets. In this role, you'll collaborate with management and cross-functional teams, gaining first-hand insight into the strategic engine of one of the most dynamic companies in the energy transition.
* Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives and global transformation programs
* Analyze program performance, identify key insights, and derive actionable recommendations for management
* Support portfolio steering and transparency across workstreams and strategic priorities
* Help design cross-functional solutions for organizational and operational challenges
* Prepare and deliver decision-ready presentations for senior management
* Take ownership of your topics and manage independent sub-projects in a global environment

* Recently completed Bachelor's degree or are ongoing Master's in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field with strong academic results
* Initial experience from internships or working-student roles ideally in strategy, consulting, or project management
* Well-developed intercultural competencies through study or work experience abroad
* Strategic thinker with an analytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset
* Strong communicator who engages confidently across all hierarchical levels
* Quick comprehension and the ability to translate complexity into clarity
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Availability: starting in summer 2026 for six months (shorter durations possible in exceptional cases)
