About the position

As an intern (m/f/d) in the area of B2B Business Management/Project Management, you will support key activities in the business customer sector of Telekom Deutschland for four months. You will work on cross-divisional initiatives, management topics and projects and gain insights into issues relating to digitization, innovation, strategy, operational management and finances.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues, take on your own work packages and actively contribute to ongoing initiatives. In this way, you will gain valuable practical experience in a dynamic B2B environment and get to know different perspectives of the business customer sector.

Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.07.2026:

* Active support for strategic and operational issues in the B2B business customer environment
* Collaboration on cross-divisional initiatives, projects and management issues
* Preparation of high-quality presentations, briefings, decision papers and status overviews for management
* Collaboration on topics related to digitization, innovation and new business models
* Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of meetings, workshops and events
* Taking on own work packages in specific specialist topics
* Support with organizational, conceptual and communication tasks in day-to-day business

Your profile
You are studying business informatics or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, you are in a gap year and would like to gain practical experience in a dynamic business environment.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* You have a high degree of independence and a sense of responsibility and it is easy for you to become creative
* You know how to use MS Office 365, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
* You work in a structured, proactive and reliable way
* You have excellent organizational skills and good time management
* You have a high affinity for IT and are interested in digitization, innovation and new technologies
* You are a strong communicator, a team player and enjoy working with different stakeholders
* You have a basic understanding of financial indicators and economic relationships
