About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for an Intern, New Verticals - Quick Commerce to join the Local shops team sharp, curious, and self-driven individual who combines analytical rigor with strong project management skills and a genuine passion for business. If you thrive in fast-paced, international environments and love turning data into clear actions, this role is for you.

At Delivery Hero Local Shops team, you will be at the heart of growing our Key Partner accounts across 60+ markets. You will support a portfolio of analytical and product workstreams - from acquisition pipeline management to program rollouts - working closely with regional and local entity teams as well as central product, business and analytics functions.
Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You'll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you'll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.
* Support the Key Partners team in our Strategic bet towards the Everyday App by helping with the project management of strategic product initiatives and performance tracking of ABCs. Our focus is to unlock new verticals and bringing the right vendor selection to our customers.
* Supporting the project management of new Product initiatives for non-food Retail:
* Assisting the team in the project management of product developments needed to unlock Health & Beauty (H&B) as a vertical and other high-value categories, helping track milestones, follow-ups and next steps
* Supporting cross-functional workstreams (Product, Commercial, Logistics, Marketing) on new vertical and Everyday App expansions by keeping trackers, notes and timelines up to date
* Helping coordinate vendor acquisition initiatives, with a focus on keeping Salesforce organized as the backbone for lead identification, curation and prioritization
* Helping define and track the ABC metrics framework for Key Partners:Helping build and maintain tracking dashboards and ensuring data is consistent across Salesforce and other sources

What you need to be successful

* Background in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field
* Strong analytical mindset: you feel comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and translating numbers into business insights, with SQL or Python experience as a plus and AI curiosity / usage as a must
* Solid project management skills: you thrive at running multiple workstreams simultaneously, with many cross-functional stakeholders and under tight deadlines
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills: you feel at ease working with multiple stakeholders across teams
* Proactivity and decisiveness: you take ownership of your work end-to-end and try to move things forward proactively
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Salesforce
* Familiarity with marketplace or Quick Commerce delivery industry dynamics.
* Exposure to vendor acquisition, account management, or vendor growth program
