Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.09.2026:

* Support for the HR Technology team in day-to-day operations and ongoing projects
* Collaboration in managing and coordinating key issues in the HR environment
* Support in working with internal and external stakeholders, committees and institutions
* Preparation of presentations, evaluations and documentation with MS Office 365
* Organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as assistance with administrative tasks
* Involvement in optimising processes and implementing new HR initiatives
* Independent assumption of small task packages and active collaboration in a team

Must-Have Skills
You are studying business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Safe use of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication skills and expression
* High level of initiative and motivation
* Good presentation techniques and skills
* Strong organizational talent and structured way of working
* Completed bachelor studies, e.g. business administration
