Your tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.06.2026:

* Active support in managing sales partners and in day-to-day operations
* Collaboration on strategy, management and sales projects
* Analysis of sales figures and assistance with management processes
* Involvement in optimising internal processes and procedures
* Preparation of evaluations, presentations and reports with MS Office
* Optional: Support of field service formats and insights into everyday sales

Your profile
You are studying business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Strong communication skills to communicate complex issues clearly
* Persuasion and negotiation skills when dealing with partners and customers
* High level of initiative and proactive action to drive new solutions
* Strong goal orientation and ability to complete tasks efficiently
* Safe use of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) for analyses and presentations
