Working Student/Intern Global Trade Marketing (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich limited for 6 months and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

* Trade Marketing
You support the development of planograms and the implementation of POS materials to maximize brand impact, as well as their execution across different channels and store formats.
* Performance Monitoring & Implementation
You contribute to the analysis of planogram performance and derive optimizations based on feedback.
You support SAP workflows, budget planning, and collaboration with agencies.
* Sales Aids & Call-to-Action
You assist in shaping sales promotion initiatives across all sales channels.

Your story so far:

* You are studying Marketing with a focus on Trade/Retail Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics/Market Research, or Communication and Media, are at least in your 3rd semester, and are now looking for a mandatory internship or a working student position to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.
* You are proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* You have strong skills in both creative concept development and execution as well as analytical thinking (knowledge of Power BI is a plus).
* You work independently and reliably, enjoy working in a team, and are able to stay calm and focused even in stressful situations.
* Ideally, you already have experience in trade marketing and operations (knowledge of SAP is a plus).
* In addition to fluency in German, you have very good written and spoken English language skills
