Communications Intern Bayer Foundation (m/f/d)

We're offering an intern position within Bayer Foundation's communications team:

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

* Create and publish content for social media, the Foundation website, and the monthly newsletter

* Support content planning in collaboration with program managers

* Design visuals and branded materials

* Contribute to the website relaunch project through content audits and updates

* Analyze communication performance metrics

* Collaborate with partners such as start-ups, foundations, and non-profits

* Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events, e.g., Bayer Foundation Days

WHO YOU ARE

* You are a currently enrolled B.Sc. or M.Sc. student in Communications, Marketing or Social Science or another relevant field

* Very good MS Office skills

* First experience in content creation and content management

* Experience with Canva and video editing software

* Fast comprehension, openness and interest in cross-functional, demanding challenges

* Fluency in written and spoken English and German
