At Thales We are looking for a Finance Trainee to join our Finance Team in Argentina. This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment, supporting financial operations, reporting, and audit activities.
As a Finance Trainee, you will work closely with finance professionals and internal stakeholders, contributing to accurate financial processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Local Finance Team with general financial tasks and reporting activities.
* Act as an intermediate point between Finance and external/internal advisors, ensuring proper documentation flow.
* Provide support during internal and external audits.
* Assist with monthly OPEX analysis and cost tracking.
* Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
* Student of Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields
* English proficiency (written and spoken)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a corporate environment.
* Argentinian citizenship or work permit.
* Hybrid role, office based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Technical Skills
* Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
* PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus
