Order To Cash - Cash App Intern

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The OTC Cash App Intern reports directly to the OTC Cash App Team Lead. The primary function and purpose of this position is to record payments received from clients in the United States, perform data entry on a daily basis in order to provide clear and up-to-date information to Client Account Agents, while promoting Air Liquide's quality and security objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

Application of cash receipts:
Examine exceptions for customer payments received not automatically applied by HighRadius (collection and cash application tool).
In the instance where HighRadius is not implemented yet, enters data related to the recording of payments received by check and applies them to client accounts in SAP.
If necessary, contacts clients or collectors to obtain missing information to apply payment against invoices.

Safety/Quality:
Respects all Air Liquide safety policies, procedures and programs.
Participates in the promotion of Air Liquide's safety objectives. Knows and follows all procedures as outlined in Air Liquide's Quality Manual.

Qualifications:

Education:
Finance, Accounting, or Business Management student preferred.

Language Requirements:
English language proficiency is required. [B2]

Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of SAP a plus.
Knowledge of HighRadius a plus.
Strong knowledge of Google Suites.
Oral and written communication skills.
Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity .
Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements.
