Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the generation and continuous update of improvement initiatives. ● Standardization: Develop and implement organizational standards to scale continuous improvement company-wide. ● Performance Validation: Oversee production trials and follow-ups to validate the impact of applied improvements. ● Methodology & Coaching: Design CI methodologies and lead staff training programs to foster a culture of excellence. ● Data Analytics: Manage P-30 dashboards and documentation to track KPIs and progress. ● Platform Development: Maintain and optimize the Organization's Continuous Improvement Portal.
