Key job responsibilities
The Program Manager Intern will support operational excellence initiatives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and a business or commerce educational background.
Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision making

* Perform research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal operational metrics to inform strategic recommendations

* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, finance, and business teams to gather requirements and align on project objectives

* Streamline existing processes by identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows, and proposing optimization solutions

* Own and deliver an end-to-end project from scoping through implementation, including project planning, stakeholder management, and progress reporting

* Develop Excel-based models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to leadership

* Support program management activities including meeting facilitation, action item tracking, and documentation of decisions and outcomes

Profil requis du candidat:

- Currently in penultimate year, pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
