Your Role

You want to combine your affinity for IT tools and your project management and communication skills? Then this is the perfect internship for you, because our Team is looking for a proactive and structured new member.
The Infineon Digital Manufacturing Department is a full service organization to best meet internal and external customer demands. Our mandate is the definition and implementation of digitalization solutions for Infineon's FE and BE factories, integration of external manufacturing partners for manufacturing data and operation of the solutions, achieving the target service levels, all based on cluster requirements.

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Project Support: Assist in daily project activities by preparing status updates and maintaining dashboards for clear project overviews
* Action and Follow-Up Management: Track action items from start to finish, document decisions, and ensure timely stakeholder communication
* Meeting and Workshop Coordination: Organize meetings and workshops, including logistics, agenda setting, and preparation of materials in a hybrid setup
* Documentation Maintenance: Keep project documentation organized, searchable, and up-to-date, ensuring consistency across departments
* Team Collaboration and Monitoring: Work with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, align on project goals, and track progress within an agile framework

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a business related field
* Technical Skills: Comfortable working with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Teams, with experience in marketing, project management and advertising, preferably within an IT environment
* Way of Work: Proactive attitude, good organizational skills with strong attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and willingness to collaboratively work within multicultural teams
* Language Skills: Fluency in English with German as a plusThis position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
