Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Project and Meeting Support: Support, facilitate, document projects and team meetings, and assist with coordination of ongoing activities
* Data and Communication Management: Maintain and update data on internal platforms, and support communication management across teams
* Procurement and Administrative Support: Provide support in small procurement tasks (e.g., ordering components), and assist in drafting contracts with external partners
* Event Coordination: Support the co-organization of events, conferences, and team activitiesFurther Information
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Business Management, Communication, Innovation Management, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a similar field
* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and skilled in using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, websites)
* Interests: Strong interest in and understanding of project management and high affinity for technology and innovation
* Communications and Interpersonal Skills: Enjoy working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills are a strong advantageThis position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
