Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and service-oriented People & Culture (P&C) Intern to support daily office operations and P&C activities.
The role focuses on office administration, travel & logistics, employer branding and general P&C support, contributing to a smooth, compliant, and engaging workplace.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to multinational corporate environment, internal stakeholder collaboration, and core P&C and administrative processes, while building strong foundations in organization, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
* Greet visitors, monitor office entrants, answer calls, and manage incoming correspondence.
* Support purchasing of office supplies and services.
* Support documentation processes (PRs, CAS, related approvals).
* Track monthly office expenses and maintain supply inventory.
* Support office maintenance and ensure proper office conditions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Travel & Logistics
* Support business travel processes, including annual PRs, vendor documentation, and invoice review.
* Coordinate with vendors to resolve travel-related issues.
* Maintain and update business trip reports and support logistics arrangements.
P&C Support & Communication
* Support P&C activities such as trainings, events, onboarding, and offboarding.
* Assist with P&C communications, including presentations, emails, and internal posts.

Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace operations and employee experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Education
* Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language Skills
* Fluency in English and the local language is required.
* Russian is an advantage.
Functional Skills
* Strong interest in People & Culture / HR topics.
* Good organizational and communication skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
