Your internship

You will join a HR-focused multidisciplinary team at the intersection of:

* HR (talent acquisition & projects)

* Marketing (employer branding)

* Communication (campaigns & storytelling)

* Events

You will help strengthen our talent pipeline and increase Proximus' visibility as an employer, while working in a dynamic, project-driven environment.

You will actively contribute to projects with real visibility and help shape how we attract, engage and connect with talent.

👉 This is not an observational internship, but a hands-on experience with ownership and responsibility.

What will you do?

* Support recruitment activities (screening, candidate follow-up, HRIS)

* Contribute to impactful HR projects

* Create and manage content (presentations, visuals, campaigns, social media)

* Help organize events and employer branding initiatives

* Improve the candidate experience

* Analyze initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization

* Participate in meetings and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Who are you?

Final-year Bachelor or Master student 2027 in:

* Marketing / PR

* Communication

* Event Management

* Human Resources

* Business or related field

You speak:

* English + Dutch +

* English + French

You are:

* Proactive and hands-on

* Creative and a strong communicator

* Interested in a broad, transversal role

* Analytical (able to spot trends and suggest improvements)

Practical details

* Start date: preferably from September 26 (flexible)

* Duration: minimum 3 months

* Location: Proximus HQ - Brussels (North Station)

Work setup:

* Hybrid

* Minimum 2 days/week onsite

* Remaining days flexible / remote

Team: you'll work alongside 6 interns and experienced professionals
