Key Responsibilities

Project Management:
* Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
* Track project progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.
Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
* Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
* Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with distribution partners.
Administrative Support:
* Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external use.
* Manage schedules, meetings, and other administrative tasks to support the team.
Process Improvement:
* Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and propose solutions.
* Assist in implementing new processes and monitoring their effectiveness.

Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or scientific-related field.
* Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
* Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
* High level of self-motivation and adaptability to dynamic environments.
