We are looking for an intern for Funds Admin to:

* assist with internal and external requests related to financial transactions
* monitor fund shareholders' positions
* participate in investment fund events
* support internal and external audit processes
* ensure the organization and regular updating of operational documents and reports

Your team

You'll be working in the Funds Admin team in São Paulo. The focus of our work is related to the registration, updating and operationalization of corporate events information on investment funds with regulatory laws, analyzing compliance with regulations, manuals, and codes issued by regulatory laws, responding to internal demands or the needs of external clients and monitoring periods for corporate actions of investment funds and clubs and the opening and closing of accounts.

Your expertise

* graduation in June 2027 or later in economics, business administration, accounting or law
* able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
* analytical ability, resilience, teamwork, willingness to learn, hard worker, commitment to tasks, interest in personal development and commitment to academic activities
* advanced of ms excel/word/ppt/power bi
* proficient language skills in Portuguese and advanced English
* availability to work 30h per week in Sao Paulo, Brazil
