Your role

Are you an analytical thinker? Do you know how to be detail-oriented and want to work in the Macroeconomics Team? We are looking for an intern to:

* extraction, manipulation and analysis of Brazilian macroeconomic data
* preparation of presentations
* assistance in the preparation of reports
* preparation of studies focused on asset allocation research and strategy

Your team

The CIO Office Brazil team is responsible for defining clients' portfolios, in addition to offering a set of analyses related to the local and international macroeconomic scenario, such as fiscal, monetary and political outlook.

Your expertise

* students of Economics or Business administration, with graduation date on jun/27 or after
* analytical rigor: ability to analyze economic data accurately, interpret indicators, and develop consistent analyses
* good written and verbal communication: ability to write reports and present ideas in a clear, concise and structured way
* organization and proactivity: ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and take initiative in the search for solutions and information
* knowledge in quantitative tools: Excel, PowerPoint and programming languages such as Python, R or use of databases (Bloomberg)
* teamwork: willingness to collaborate with other members of the economic team and learn from more experienced colleagues
* intellectual curiosity and critical spirit: interest in delving into the topics studied and questioning hypotheses in a constructive way
* interest in financial mathematics, statistics, and econometrics
