What You'll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP SucessFactors iXp Intern - Recruiting Technical Support
Location: São Leopoldo, RS [hybrid position, 3 days per week working from the office]
* Provide technical, consulting and configuration related support to our customers via case, chat and calls
* Engage with customer to assess the business impact of an issue.
* Analyze configurations, application and system log files to determine the cause of issue.
* Work closely with peers globally to ensure issue resolution in line with SLAs.
* Maintain accountability for an issue until the same is resolved.
* Provide quick solution for already known & documented issues.
* Report errors/bugs to Development.
* Share knowledge & best practices with the team.
* Contribute to Technical Knowledge Database by following the SAP case solving methodology.
* Give an accurate daily handover of all business-critical occurrences to peers in other locations across the globe.
* Continually develop expertise on new releases and product as demanded by business environment.
What You'll bring:

* Advanced English required, Spanish is an advantage
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good presentation and negotiation skills
* Undergraduate students in IT/Computer Science, Business or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
* Knowledge with Business Processes would be a benefit
* Problem solving/analytical skills
* Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment
* Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage

The team provides high end Technical Support for customers of various Products in Cloud portfolio of SAP, namely:
* SuccessFactors BizX Suite
* SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing
* SuccessFactors SmartRecruiters
* SAP Employee Central, Learning & Analytics
The Support Engineer is accountable for troubleshooting & driving the resolution of product issues while engaging with all levels in the Support, Engineering & Cloud Operations teams and ensuring consistent and up-to-date communication with customers, more specifically to the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management product.
