We're looking for an Intern to:
* support Operations teams with client onboarding activities, including document analysis, name screening, and system registration.
* review external client forms and corporate documentation, and prepare internal forms as needed.
* analyze corporate ownership structures and assist with KYC and due diligence reviews.
* assist with compliance related onboarding processes, ensuring all records meet audit standards and that any discrepancies, red flags, or delays are promptly escalated.
* collect, consolidate, and distribute key operational indicators for management reporting.

Your team
You'll be working in the Operations team based in São Paulo, Brazil. The team is responsible for IB Client Onboarding. You will help ensure that all client KYC records comply with regulatory standards and support the timely and high quality completion of client level due diligence.
Your expertise
* strong skills in the Microsoft Office
* degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related fields, with expected graduation after July 2027.
* ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and collaborate in a team environment.
* focused, detail oriented, and well organized.
* advanced English and Portuguese
* proactive attitude and problem solving mindset.
* knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
* availability to work on site (São Paulo)
